Privacy
DueScout stores the account information needed to run the service, including the email address you use to sign in.
DueScout stores the renewal information you choose to add: a name, category, expiry date, whether it repeats, and any notes. You do not need to put document contents, such as a passport number, in the notes. Avoid storing information you do not need the service to keep.
Website sign-in is handled by an authentication provider. Connecting ChatGPT uses a separate sign-in so ChatGPT can access the renewals for the account you connected. Renewal data is stored in a hosted database. Those providers process the information required to authenticate you and store your renewals.
When your account is connected, ChatGPT can list, add, update, and delete your renewals when you ask it to. The renewal details returned for that request are the ones you stored. Those results do not include your account id.
DueScout keeps account and renewal information while it is needed to provide the service. DueScout may also keep information when that is required for security, operations, or a legal obligation. There is no fixed deletion timeline.
You can delete a renewal from My renewals, or from ChatGPT after the account is connected. DueScout does not currently delete an entire account automatically. To ask for account deletion or other account help, use the Support page.
